Review 1 of 2 average rating 5 Name: Julie Rating: 9 Date: 15 Jan 2004 Review I thought this museum was one of the best of its kind that I've experienced. It's not focused on the kind of political history you learned in school (although it does cover some of that). It's more about the geographic and sociological history of the city, and gives you an invaluable background for understanding what you are looking at as you sightsee. If you're only in Amsterdam to get high and have sex with prostitutes, don't bother, but if the city itself interests you, go.  next
