Apartment has three rooms (5 x 3 m, 5 x 5 m and 2 x3 m) bathroom, small kitchen(gas), two balconies, Internet, washing machine available. There is a land line phone, which should be passed by tenant(not included in the rent). Top floor of 4 store building build in 1930-s Wooden floors. Neighbors have a baby so no loud music after 11 pm please.
Rented short term for three month(no registration available) with a possibility to stay longer (may be 1 year). One month deposit to move in. Max 2 people, pets negotiable (no dogs), preferably non smoking.
NO DRUGS.
