The former headquarters of the Royal Dutch Lloyd have been converted into an innovative hotel. The 120 rooms - ranging from two to five-star rating – are all different in size and interior styling. The hotel has two restaurants, the more upmarket 'Sloom' and the more down to earth 'Snel', a recording studio, a 'nomadic library' and a kitchen for the use of those hotel guests who prefer to cook their own meals.

Prinsenhof is a simple and comfortable hotel in a modernized canal house located between the river Amstel and the Utrechtsestraat. Some of the rooms have a good view of the Prinsengracht canal; not all rooms have a private bathroom. No elevator, but there's an electric hoist to get your luggage up the stairs.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet little alley near Dam square. The building was once a theater; the former stage has been converted into a reception area and a breakfast lounge, with an incredibly high ceiling. Small but pleasant rooms.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in two turn-of-the-century houses near the south end of Vondelpark on a very quiet street, a short walk from the Leidseplein. Bright and spacious rooms with elegant furnishings and decorations. Toro has an attractive terrace and garden overlooking a lake in Vondelpark. A good deal for the price.
